A household qualifies for an ACP discount if any member of the household meets the criteria based on the following:

Participation in SNAP/Food Stamps/CalFresh
Enrollment in Medicaid/Medi-Cal
Involvement in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Participation in Section 8/Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
Receiving Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
Participation in Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
Involvement in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program
Having an income that falls at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level

When applying for ACP, you might need to present a card, letter, or an official document as proof of participation in one of these programs.

The actual performance of an individual customer’s wireless data service may vary based on reception, technology, network traffic, and a number of other factors. When the FCC announces the end of the ACP program, or we end our promotional FREE ACP service offer, we will notify you, and you may keep your ACP service by paying the applicable un-discounted rate plus fees and taxes.
